- Engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), official members of Ministry of Health and registered Community Health Workers through digital communication channels (e-mail, text messages and WhatsApp) in order to provide them relevant information about Sanofi’s Global Health Unit activities including commercial and medical communication on non-communicable diseases and proprietary brands (only for HCPs).
In order to achieve the purpose(s) described above, the following personal data will be used:
- First and last name
- Country
- Profession
- Specialty (if HCP)
- Phone number
Your data will be processed, based on your consent.
Your data may be transferred outside of European Economic Area. In such a case, Sanofi implements adequate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, available upon request.
Your data will be kept only for the necessary time to achieve the above mentioned purpose, and in any case, no longer than 4 years.
